Most recently, I was part of Nexer Digital, a UK-based human-centered design and development agency with a strong focus on accessibility and sustainability. This role allowed me to refine my research methodology and work with clients across the UK and the US in healthcare, finance, education, and charity sectors.
Before joining Nexer Digital, I contributed to diverse projects, such as conducting user research for a Swedish mobile ID leader, increasing conversion rates for a Portuguese sustainable investment platform, and helping implement a crowdsourcing feature for a Portuguese transportation startup.
