As a User Researcher at Nexer, I was involved in a variety of User Research and Service Design projects for clients in healthcare, finance, education, and charity sectors.

Finding ways of improving conversion rates of a crowd-lending platform

GoParity is a Portuguese sustainable investment platform. The project was part of my UX training at the New Digital School.

The challenge the company faced at the time was that a lot of their first-time website visitors didn't invest. Together with my 3 classmates, we did user research to identify the reasons of this problem and offered a prototype of an improved solution.

Finding ways of improving User Experience of a digital ID and Driver’s License app

Scytáles is a Swedish leader in developing and implementing ISO-compliant mobile Driver’s Licenses and mobile IDs.

Together with my classmates at the New Digital School I did User Research around Scytáles’ existing mobile Driver’s License to find ways of improving the experience for their users.

Creating Design System artifacts for Hitachi Vantara

Hitachi Vantara is one of the world leaders in the internet of things (IoT), cloud, application, big data, and analytics solutions.

As a UX/UI intern, I was part of the Hitachi Design Systems team and was heavily involved in creating and updating Hitachi Vantara Design System artifacts and documentation.
